About the Author B. Don Franks is a professor in information library research science and chair of the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Maryland. Franks is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Academy of Kinesiology information library research science and Physical Education (AAKPE), information library research science and the Research Consortium of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation information library research science and Dance (AAHPERD).
